Scotch A Roo

Here’s how to make the scotcharoo cookie

1 cup Karo syrup
1 cup of sugar

Bring the Karo syrup and sugar just to a boil remove from heat add:

1 cup of peanut butter

And stir

Then add 6 cups of Special K….mix everything together

Heat ½ cup of butterscotch chips and ½ cup of chocolate chips together in microwave until creamy.

Spoon out the special K mixture on a cookie sheet and then cover with the chocolate mixture.

Emma is good! Her cold is over and she doesn't have an ear infection! I am home starting on Wednesday till January 5th.. omg.. I can't wait.. I will be making scotish shortbread next week.. hmmmmm
